CONDITIONS:
Rates quoted are in Australian Dollars and fully inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax. Check-in time is 10am and Check-out time is at 2pm - Fees will occur for earlier check-in or later check-out. 50% Deposit require at time of booking and full monies due 14 days prior to arrival.
We accept the following credit cards:- Visa, Master Card, American Express & Diners Card (When paying by Amex or Diners an additional 3 PC will be added to the final account).

Cancellation Conditions
Cancellations must be received in writing / fax or email. If your cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to arrival the full deposit will be refunded less $300 administration costs. If your cancellation is received 30 days or less prior to arrival, the deposit paid will not be refunded. Any cancellation received 14 days or less prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the total stay/packaged booked.

We strongly recommend you are covered with private travel insurance.
